Product Specification
JKRL series clay brick maker machine is a professional vacuum brick extruder designed for hard raw materials. Different from ordinary brick machines fitted with mixing blades, this machine adopts double‑set extruding augers at the mixing section. Raw materials go through upper‑layer and lower‑layer two‑stage extrusion process, which compacts raw materials sufficiently before extruding green bricks. It delivers dense brick green bodies and stable output for large‑scale fired brick production lines. Multiple models are available to satisfy different hourly capacity demands.
This vacuum brick extruder is widely applied in large and medium‑sized brick factories for producing fired bricks. It is suitable for processing clay, shale, coal gangue and other brick‑making raw materials. It can produce standard solid bricks, hollow bricks and perforated bricks. It serves as core host equipment for new brick plant construction and old brick production‑line upgrading projects.

Q2: What raw material hardness can this double‑auger brick machine handle?
A: It is optimized for hard raw materials. If your material contains large hard lumps, pre‑crushing equipment is required before feeding into this extruder, to protect the auger components.
