Product Specification
Mobile rotary clay brick tunnel kiln is an upgraded innovation based on traditional tunnel kiln. Its core feature is that green bricks remain stationary while the kiln body rotates along circular rails. The all‑steel kiln body moves intermittently on circular tracks, sequentially completing drying, preheating, firing, cooling and heat preservation procedures. Raw green bricks are loaded on one side and finished fired bricks are discharged on the other side, realizing the full‑automatic continuous brick burning process.
This rotary tunnel kiln is widely applied for mass production of clay fired bricks. It has been delivered and put into operation in multiple countries covering Asia, Africa and Central Asia, including China, India, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Uganda, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. It suits large‑scale brick manufacturing projects for new plant construction and old production‑line renovation.
A1: No. Different from conventional straight tunnel kilns, this rotary kiln works with static brick setting, so kiln cars are not required, which helps you save kiln‑car purchasing and regular maintenance investment.
A2: Our kiln section width ranges from 5.2m to 16.8m. For standard brick size 240×115×53mm, daily capacity varies from 100 000 pcs up to 600 000 pcs. We can recommend proper model according to your target production volume.
A3: Yes. Drying and firing are completed inside enclosed kiln body, external rainy, damp or cold weather will not disrupt production stability, so it fits tropical and high‑humidity area projects.
