Product Specification
SM series concrete roof tile production line is a full‑automatic extrusion‑type large‑scale tile manufacturing system. It takes sand, cement and water as main raw materials to complete the whole workflow including mixing, extrusion forming, tinting, acrylic coating, racking, curing and demoulding. By replacing extrusion heads and molds, the line can produce various styles of cement roof tiles. It is designed for large‑volume tile factories with huge local market demand.
It applies to large‑scale cement tile manufacturing plants and new building‑material industrial projects. Suitable for mass‑producing cement roof tiles used in residential housing, villas, commercial buildings and rural reconstruction projects. It is ideal investment equipment for customers who plan to build high‑efficiency, large‑output automatic concrete tile factories.
