Product Specification
JKR‑series double‑stage vacuum extruder is compact‑structured brick‑making host, covering models JKR28‑JKR50. JKR28 is the smallest model within this product line. It supports production of solid bricks, perforated bricks and hollow bricks. Its vacuum extrusion pressure reaches up to 1.8MPa. Customers can select either automatic clutch or manual clutch configuration. This machine serves as core equipment for small‑to‑medium fired brick production lines.
It works well with raw materials such as clay and coal gangue.Widely adopted for small‑scale brick factories.It matches perfectly with small‑size kiln systems for manufacturing construction‑grade fired building bricks.
A: Manual clutch features lower purchase cost, simple structure and easy maintenance, suitable for budget‑limited small plants. Automatic clutch brings smoother operation and less manual intervention, ideal for customers pursuing higher automation level.
A: JKR28 is our smallest double‑stage vacuum extruder. Compared with large‑size JZK models, it occupies much less space. Please share your land dimension, we will provide customized layout drawing for your reference.
A: Yes. JKR series can match hoffman kiln for small‑capacity projects. For higher output demand, it can also work with small‑sized tunnel kiln. Tell us your target daily brick output, we will recommend matched kiln solution.
