2BV 2BE 202 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump for Clay Brick Extrusion

The 2BV 2BE 202 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pump is a high-efficiency, oil-free single-stage pump specifically engineered for the brick making industry. Featuring mechanical shaft seals and an integrated structure, this pump delivers reliable vacuum performance with straightforward installation and minimal maintenance requirements.

This vacuum pump efficiently removes air and moist steam in clay brick extruders, achieving exceptional suction pressure as low as 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum) to significantly improve mud column density and brick forming quality. With optional cavitation protection and an atmospheric injector (capable of boosting vacuum down to 10 mbar), it ensures stable, continuous operation for brick production lines. When configured as a compressor, it supports working pressures up to 0.26 MPa absolute, meeting diverse brick manufacturing requirements.
