Our High Speed Fine Double Roller Crusher is a specialized crushing equipment designed for fine processing of medium-hard raw materials like clay in brick production lines. It crushes materials to a particle size of ≤2mm, meeting the fineness requirements for subsequent forming processes. The roller body is made of medium-manganese nodular cast iron with a hardness of HRC60-62, ensuring high wear resistance and long service life. Equipped with safety blocks at both ends and two augers for material cutting and leveling, this machine delivers reliable performance and uniform particle size, making it an essential component for efficient brick manufacturing.
Designed for fine crushing of clay and medium-hard materials, delivering consistent particle size ≤2mm to meet brick production process requirements.
Rollers made of medium-manganese nodular cast iron with hardness up to HRC60-62, ensuring excellent wear resistance and extended service life even in harsh conditions.
Equipped with regulating pinched security blocks at both ends to protect the rolling circle and equipment from overload damage, enhancing operational safety.
