CDH1 MT4 mill-type cylinder featuring 100mm bore, 70mm rod, and 1300mm stroke. Double-acting design with trunnion mount on the head end. The MT4 mount positions the pivot point near the rod side, allowing the body to swing while the rod end remains stationary—ideal for articulating arms and pivoting linkages.

Barrel: 27SiMn seamless honed tube with roller-burnished internal finish
Rod: CK45 or 40Cr material, induction hardened with 25-35 micron hard chrome plating
Surface hardness: HV 850-950
Gland assembly: Bolted design with 12.9 grade hex bolts for easy rebuilding
Trunnion pins: Brass material pressed into MT4 mounting block for natural bearing surface

Gland housing with side hex port (G1/2 or M22×1.5 hose fitting compatible)
Service side access with top port on cap end for blind-side flow
Adjustable cushioning screws at both ends for precise deceleration control
Rod end: Spherical bearing eye with grease nipple and self-aligning capability
Replaceable hardened steel bearing requiring no machining
Sealing System
PTFE step-cut primary seal with NBR energizer on piston, PU U-cup buffer, and double lip wiper on rod. Standard Parker/Merkel profile geometry with off-the-shelf seal kit compatibility.
Testing & Certification
Hydrostatic testing at 35MPa for 5 minutes, followed by full-stroke cycling at 25MPa with cushioning verification. Mounting dimensions fully compatible with Rexroth CDH1 MT4 factory specifications.
Applications
Articulated boom cylinders, swing arm actuators, pivoting press linkages, steel mill tilt cylinders, construction equipment—any application requiring cylinder body pivoting during operation.
