The straight top lifting platform is composed of 7 parts, such as a set cylinder type graded cylinder transmission system, hydraulic pump station, electric control system, platform, guide rail, column, frame fence, etc. The straight-top lifting platform utilizes the hydraulic pump station to realize the control system.
1. straight top lifting platform use hydraulic pump station to drive the bypass grading cylinder to lift the platform, between the cylinder and the platform with no hard and soft links safe and reliable;
2. Hydraulic cylinder has special positioning guide rail on both sides, the platform is equipped with 8 sets of limit guide wheel, elevator special guide rail to ensure the smooth running of the platform.
3,Hydraulic system is equipped with explosion-proof valve (function: oil pipe burst to keep pressure), overload alarm device (freight elevator in case of overload immediately sound and light alarm motor stops working and the equipment does not rise);
4. Floor electric control chain; each floor is equipped with a control button box; if any one of the doors is open, the lift stop working to protect the safety of equipment and personnel.
5. Each floor is equipped with 4 optical and electrical induction travel switches and a floor proximity switch to form a leveling system, which ensures precise leveling of the freight elevator.
