It adopts axial and radial pressure compensation design, maintaining high volumetric efficiency even at low speeds and low viscosity.
It features ultra-low noise, thanks to high-strength cast iron and a unique internal noise reduction design that keeps noise levels extremely low. Meanwhile, it has very low flow and pressure pulsation, ensuring stable flow and pressure output even at low speeds.
With a high-pressure design, its maximum working pressure can reach 35MPa. It also boasts a wide speed range, with a maximum speed of 3000r/min.
In addition, it can be combined to form a double pump. Insensitive to oil contamination, it offers a long service life. It is widely applicable to hydraulic systems in industries such as plastic machinery, shoe-making machines, die-casting machinery, and forklifts, and is particularly suitable for energy-saving systems driven by servo inverters.
The HG series hydraulic pump is a backlash compensation internal gear pump with a fixed displacement.
lts basic composition is: front cover (1), pump body (2), rear cover (3), gear shaft (4), ring gear (5), sliding bearing (6), front and rear side plates (7) and positioning Rod (8), and the radial compensation function composed of the crescent sub-plate (9), the crescent main plate (10) and the plastic rod (11).

1.Working medium
Petroleum-based mineral oil with a viscosity range of 10-300mm/s can be used. ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended.
2.Working temperature
The working temperature range is -10℃-100℃. In order to ensure long-term reliable life, the best working temperature range is 20℃-80℃.
3.Cleanliness control
The cleanliness level of the control system oil is required to be no more than 9 (NAS 1638) or 17/14 (ISO 4066).
4. Pump installation
When connecting the shaft and the motor, use a flexible coupling as much as possible to avoid bending moment or axial thrust. The maximum allowable coaxiality error between the shaft and the motor shaft is less than0.15mm.
5. Inlet pressure and piping
Allow the absolute pressure ofthe suction port to be 0.2-2Bar. The reasonable piping diameter should not be smaller than the oil suction port of the pump to ensure an average oil suction speed of 0.6-1.2m/s.
6. Import and export connection
Try to avoid hard connection of steel pipes in and out of the oil pipes. Rubber hoses are recommended to avoid additional noise caused by additional loads.
7.Exhaust
Before the first operation, the pump should be filled with oil or an exhaust valve should be added to remove the air in the pump and the system pipeline. If there is air residue in the pump or pipelinelt will cause the vibration and noise of the pump, and indirectly affect the service life of the pump.
8. Maintenance
In order to improve the service life of the pump, the system should be regularly checked for abnormal vibration, noise, oil temperature, whether there is bubble formation in the oil tank, and whether there is leakage and other problems, and timely maintenance.
