working principle

The working principle of hydraulic pumps is based on changes in volume. Taking plunger pump as an example:

Oil suction process: The plunger moves backwards, the pump chamber volume increases, forming a vacuum, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure.

Oil pressure process: The plunger moves forward, the pump chamber volume decreases, the hydraulic oil is compressed, the pressure increases, the oil outlet valve is pushed open, and high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic system.

Maintenance

Regularly replace hydraulic oil and filter element to keep the oil clean.

Regularly check the noise, vibration, and temperature of the hydraulic pump, and promptly address any abnormalities found.

Avoid long-term overload work to prevent hydraulic pump overheating and damage.
