The hydraulic vibratory pile driver leverages high-frequency vibration generated by a hydraulic motor (powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system). This vibration force is transmitted to the hammer to liquefy the surrounding soil and break its structure, thereby reducing friction between the pile and the soil. The excavator then drives or drills the pile into the ground smoothly.

Mechanically, the hydraulic motor drives two eccentric shafts to rotate at high speed in opposite directions. The horizontal forces of the eccentric shafts cancel each other out to avoid horizontal vibration, while the vertical forces superimpose to generate strong vertical-frequency vibration for efficient piling.
