The Vibrating Hydraulic Pile Driver operates by using high-frequency vibration to transmit mechanical vertical vibration to the pile body. This vibration changes the surrounding soil structure, reduces soil strength and liquefies the soil around the pile, minimizing friction between the pile side and the soil. The pile is then sunk into the soil using the excavator's downward force, the weight of the vibrating hammer and the pile itself. For pile extraction, the excavator's lifting force pulls out the pile while the hammer maintains vibration. The excitation force required is flexibly adjusted according to on-site soil conditions, moisture content and pile type.
