The hydraulic vibrating pile driver leverages high-frequency vibration generated by the excavator’s hydraulic motor, which drives two eccentric axes to rotate at high speed in opposite directions. Horizontal forces from the eccentric axes cancel each other out, while vertical forces superimpose to create vertical-frequency vibration. This vibration liquefies surrounding soil, breaks its structure, and reduces friction, enabling efficient pile driving or extraction via the excavator—even in hard earth/soil conditions.
