The FV600 utilizes a four eccentric pile driver design, which generates smooth, balanced vibratory forces. Unlike two-eccentric systems that create lateral vibration, the four-eccentric mechanism ensures that energy is directed vertically into the pile, maximizing penetration speed and reducing operator fatigue. With an eccentric moment of 10.2 kg·m and a centrifugal force of 759 kN, this hammer drives piles through dense sand, clay, and gravel layers with minimal resistance. The balanced design also reduces wear on excavator boom pins and bushings, extending the life of your carrier machine.
One of the most valuable features of the FV600 is its self lubricating bearing low maintenance system. The eccentric bearings are enclosed within a sealed housing and continuously lubricated by an internal oil bath system. This eliminates the need for daily greasing and significantly reduces bearing wear. In traditional vibratory hammers, bearing failure is a common cause of breakdowns; the FV600’s self-lubricating design extends bearing life by thousands of hours.
