The D1P145, D1P193, and D1P260 are all Danfoss D1 series heavy-duty open variable axial piston pumps, designed for high-pressure, high-flow-rate applications under extreme conditions, making them the mainstay pumps in heavy equipment hydraulic systems.

During installation, pay attention to the rotation direction (supports clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, observed from the shaft end), and the suction port pressure must meet a minimum absolute pressure requirement of 0.6-0.8 bar.

During maintenance, attention should be paid to the boundary filter (designed by Danfoster), which filters the control oil through the gap between the valve core and the valve orifice, preventing the control valve from sticking. Its cleanliness needs to be checked regularly.
