Structure and Working Principle
• Employs a symmetrically arranged double-throttle check valve structure, installed between the directional valve and the manifold block. The throttle valve core is moved axially by adjusting the screw, changing the throttle orifice size to control the forward flow; in the reverse direction, hydraulic pressure pushes open the check valve seat to achieve unobstructed backflow.
• The "2Q" version is suitable for main flow limitation, used for actuator speed regulation; the "1Q" version is used for pilot flow limitation, adapting to the switching time adjustment of pilot-operated directional valves.
