1. Product Overview
The TM01 travel motor is a compact dual-speed hydraulic final drive assembly originally designed per KYB standard, specially developed for 1.0–1.8 ton mini crawler excavators. It integrates an axial piston hydraulic motor, planetary reduction gearbox, and built-in spring-loaded parking brake into one monolithic unit. Featuring small size, lightweight structure, stable output torque and reliable dual-speed switching performance, this travel drive is the core walking component for light-duty crawler construction machinery, widely used in mini excavators, crawler drill rigs and small crawler transporters.
Integrated All-in-one Structure: Integrates hydraulic motor and planetary gear reducer as a single unit, eliminating complex assembly steps, saving installation space, and improving overall structural rigidity and operation stability.
Independent Dual-speed Switching: Supports free switching between high-speed cruise and low-speed high-torque mode. High-speed mode improves flat-ground moving efficiency, while low-speed mode provides strong climbing torque to adapt to complex working conditions such as slopes and muddy roads.
Built-in Reliable Parking Brake: Adopts spring-loaded hydraulic release brake structure. It automatically locks the crawler when the machine stops working, effectively preventing equipment sliding on slopes and ensuring construction safety.
High-precision Wear-resistant Design: Core components such as piston, cylinder block and valve plate adopt high-precision grinding process and high-strength alloy materials. The planetary gear set features surface hardening treatment, with strong wear resistance and long service life.
Full Protection System: Equipped with built-in overload pressure relief valve to avoid hydraulic system overload damage, effectively protecting the motor and gearbox, and reducing failure rate during heavy-load operation.
Lightweight & Compact: Optimized miniaturized structure design, light weight and small volume, perfectly matching the compact layout requirements of 1–1.8 ton mini excavators.
