Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16R150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3V (R900941295) is a high-performance pilot-operated proportional directional valve designed for controlling the direction and magnitude of flow in hydraulic systems. This valve is actuated by proportional solenoids which provide precise control over the main control spool's position, thereby adjusting the flow size and direction through the system. It features an additional port R for NG size, allowing for more versatile application in various hydraulic circuits. The setup of this model includes a pilot control valve with proportional solenoids and a main valve that comes with a main control spool and centering spring. When solenoids are de-energized, the centering spring maintains the main control spool in a central position. Once activated, the pilot oil is directed through the pilot control valve to move the main control spool proportionally to the electric input signal.
This model offers smooth operation with progressive flow characteristics between P to A and B to T connections or vice versa, depending on spool positioning. The WRZE series valves can be supplied with pilot oil internally via port P or externally through port X. Additionally, it includes an optional manual override feature for situations where solenoid energization is not possible; however, caution is advised as accidental activation may lead to unintended machine movements. Bosch Rexroth's 4WRZE16R150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3V can be mounted on subplates following ISO standards and is capable of handling maximum operating pressures up to bar and maximum flow rates up to l/min. The internal design of these valves inherently allows for some internal leakage, which may increase throughout its lifecycle.
