Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3M (R900618031) is a pilot-operated proportional directional valve characterized by its precision in controlling flow direction and size. This valve is specifically designed with proportional solenoids that facilitate the actuation process, ensuring smooth and responsive operation. The WRZE series valves come with an additional port R for NG size, enhancing their versatility in various applications. The 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3M setup includes a pilot control valve with proportional solenoids and a main valve featuring a main control spool and centering spring. When the solenoids are deenergized, the centering spring maintains the main control spool in a central position. Upon energizing the solenoids, the pilot control valve proportionally moves the main control spool in response to an electric input signal, directing pilot oil into the pressure chamber to achieve desired flow characteristics.
This model offers progressive flow characteristics through orifice-type cross-sections connecting from P to A and B to T. Pilot oil can be supplied internally via port P or externally through port X. When solenoids are switched off, both control and main control spools revert to their central positions. The Bosch Rexroth 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3M also features an optional manual override which must be used with caution to prevent accidental machine movements. It is important to note that due to its design principle, internal leakage may occur and potentially increase over time. This valve is equipped for subplate mounting with porting patterns according to ISO standards. It comes in various sizes including NG6, NG10, NG16, NG25, and NG32 within component series X. It can withstand a maximum operating pressure of up to 350 bar and offers maximum flow rates of up to 1500 l/min depending on size and configuration.
