This valve integrates three main components: a pilot control valve, a proportional solenoid, and a main valve with a control spool. It operates by setting the reduced pressure in channel A through the proportional solenoid based on command values. The spring in the depressurized port P holds the main control spool in its initial position, allowing for connections from A to T and blocking from P to A. The DRE6X-1X/310MG24-8NZ4M excels in pressure reduction by building pilot pressure in the control chamber corresponding to command values, enabling hydraulic fluid flow from P to A. The actuator's pressure is balanced with the spring chamber through specific channels and nozzles, adjusting the pressure in port A to match that of the pilot control valve's settings.
Additionally, this valve features a pressure limitation mechanism; if port A's pressure exceeds the set value, it moves the main control spool further left to open connections from A to T—thus capping the pending pressure in port A at the predetermined command value. Designed for versatility, it can be mounted via subplate or sandwich plate configurations according to ISO 4401-03-02-05 standards. The minimum set pressure can be established in ports A or P1. Notably, this model includes integrated electronics (OBE), which simplifies setup and ensures consistent performance with minimal manufacturing variance. The DRE6X-1X/310MG24-8NZ4M is engineered for precise operation where reliable and adjustable pressure reduction is required within hydraulic systems.
