The Bosch Rexroth DR10-5-5X/200YM (R900598358) is a high-performance, industrial hydraulic pressure reducing valve designed for reliable and precise pressure regulation. This mechanically actuated spool valve is part of the pilot-operated DR series, featuring a spool with a B A symbol configuration. It supports a maximum operating pressure and maximum flow rate, ensuring efficient performance in various hydraulic applications. This valve exhibits exceptional capabilities in reducing pressure to a pre-set value while maintaining stability and control. The construction includes a main valve with a spool insert and a pilot control valve with an adjustable pressure element. In its rest position, the valve allows unrestricted fluid flow from channel B to A. The applied pressure in channel A is balanced against an adjustable spring setting in the pilot control valve, which dictates the reduced pressure level.
The design of the DR10-5-5X/200YM allows for external pilot oil return via a control line to the tank, ensuring optimal operation. Optional features include a check valve for free return flow from channel A to B and a pressure gauge connection for monitoring reduced pressure levels. This model is suitable for subplate mounting with porting patterns according to ISO standards and can also be configured as a cartridge valve for threaded connections. The adjustment types available include rotary knob, sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or rotary knob with scale for precise settings.
