The Sun Hydraulic Valve CKCB-XCN is a pilot operated check valve manufactured by Sun Hydraulics. It is widely used in hydraulic systems to control the one-way flow of hydraulic oil. This valve has a non-sealing pilot, steel seat, and no vent. It allows hydraulic oil to flow freely from the valve port (port 2) to the load port (port 1), but prevents reverse flow. By applying pressure at the pilot port (port 3), the passage from port 1 to port 2 can be opened. The design of this valve enables it to withstand high working pressures while maintaining a low leakage rate. The maximum flow rate can reach 15 gpm (60 L/min). The maximum working pressure is 5000 psi (350 bar). The maximum leakage is 1 drop/minute (0.07 cc/min). The cartridge design allows for easy integration into the hydraulic system.
