Tee Machine
Tee Machine (also: Three-Way Pipe Fitting Machine / Tee Forming Machine) is the specialized equipment that produces pipe tees (T-shaped fittings) for flow branching and merging in pipeline systems. Driven by hydraulic or mechanical pressure through forming dies, it forms a seamless tee with three branches in one piece via cold extrusion, hydraulic expansion (hydroforming), or hot pressing. Compared with traditional welded saddle tees, seamless tees feature smoothly blended intersections and rounded shoulders — lower fluid resistance, higher pressure rating, and better rigidity under three-dimensional pipe loads.
