1. Product Description:

Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow Machine belongs to the hot process which use the induction heating system such as the high frequency heating system and the medium frequency heating system. And we use the mandrel as the mould for produce different size and different thickness elbow. From the hot forming elbow machine,we can produce carbon steel elbow , alloy steel elbow, stainless steel elbow (up to 4inch ) .For the size range , hot forming elbow machine can produce form 1/2 inch to 24 inch . And now for some bigger size such as 36inch ,and 48 inch also can made by the hot forming elbow machine ,but which need big model for giving production. Now we usually do up to 24 inch seamless butt welded elbows.
