The HWSFRT-DN350-S80 is a fully automatic hot forming elbow machine designed for pipe outer diameters ranging from 168 mm to 355 mm. The system comprises a main host, hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic pump station, and a 30-ton cooling tower. The hydraulic cylinders are manufactured in accordance with the JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards.

The pump station is designed in three stages to support coordinated bending, rapid positioning, and auxiliary hydraulic functions.
The cooling tower is built with 16 mm diameter 304 stainless steel pipes and includes a 0.25 m³ water tank, two 0.37 kW fans, one 1.5 kW spray pump, and one 5.5 kW main pump. Its overall dimensions are 3000 × 1000 × 2500 mm.
