The 2 Inch Hydraulic Cold Forming Tee Machine is a heavy-duty forming system engineered for producing seamless pipe tees up to 60 mm in outer diameter. Combining a 180-ton main cylinder, a two-stage energy-saving hydraulic pump station, and PLC one-key molding control, it delivers stable, high-precision cold forming performance for carbon steel and stainless steel pipe applications.

Design and manufacturing of the complete cold forming tee machine.
On-site installation of the equipment.
Commissioning and debugging to production-ready condition.
Performance Specifications
Maximum tube diameter: 21 mm; maximum formed tube diameter: 60 mm.
Wall thickness range: 3–5 mm.
Push tee materials: carbon steel seamless pipe (20G, A106B, A106C) and stainless steel pipe.
Operating environment: ambient temperature 5–38 °C, relative humidity ≤ 82%, non-corrosive air.
Power supply: three-phase four-wire 380 V (−12% to +15%), frequency 50 Hz ± 2%.
Continuous duty: capable of 24-hour non-stop operation.
Installation: must be operated indoors within a factory building with sufficient space.
Oil Cylinder Construction
Manufactured in accordance with JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards.
Cylinder body made of 45# steel with inner surface finish Ra0.4.
Piston rod uses 45# seamless tube, chrome plated and polished after plating — free of straight lines and spiral lines, finish Ra0.2–Ra0.4.
Remaining cylinder parts made of 45# forgings to guarantee mechanical properties.
Main cylinder piston guide sleeve adopts a copper sleeve; all seals use the standard priority series; the main oil seal is imported from Austria AGco.
Before assembly, the cylinder bore, piston rod finish, hardness, matching dimensions, forgings and seals are inspected; every assembled cylinder undergoes a pressure test.

Main Machine Frame
Body primarily fabricated from Q235A plate in a welded assembly.
Welds performed with high-quality 16Mo welding wire to ensure structural strength.
Plates cut by full CNC flame cutting to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
Panel thickness 40 mm; rib thickness 30 mm.
Machine weight: 11 tons (theoretical weight).
Hydraulic Pump Station
Maximum hydraulic system working pressure: 25 MPa; test pressure: 31.5 MPa.
Oil tank inner and outer surfaces receive anti-rust treatment; a filter screen is installed inside the tank, with liquid level and oil temperature displays provided.
The entire hydraulic system is cleaned before oil filling and test running.
Two-stage pump station design: primary flow 25 L/min (high-pressure plunger pump); secondary flow 10 L/min driven by an 11 kW-4 motor with a gear pump mounted at the motor tail — one motor driving two oil pumps for effective energy savings.
Integrated connection design for stable operation with no leakage.
Control System & Design Features
Hydraulic propulsion with stepless speed regulation.
PLC control with one-key molding; manual conversion available in the event of PLC failure.
Feed time can be set via the touch screen with automatic stop.
Hydraulic system pressure is settable, effectively protecting the equipment from damage caused by operating errors.
All motor operation controls are centralized in a single operating cabinet.
Equipment Installation
The supplier guides installation; the buyer actively cooperates.
The supplier provides the equipment foundation drawing; the buyer constructs the foundation according to the drawing, with the supplier responsible for guiding construction.
The supplier provides the medium-frequency cooling water supply and discharge plan; construction is carried out by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for routing the power cable to the position specified by the supplier.
Equipment Commissioning
Once the buyer has met the commissioning conditions, the supplier completes equipment commissioning with the buyer's cooperation.
The buyer provides debugging materials, 46# hydraulic oil, power supply, and related utilities.
Any equipment failure occurring during commissioning is resolved by the supplier.
Equipment Acceptance
The buyer carries out acceptance inspection in accordance with the technical agreement within 5 working days after commissioning is completed and the equipment runs normally.
After acceptance, both parties sign the acceptance slip for confirmation.
From the date of acceptance signature, the supplier is responsible for maintenance and provides free accessories for one year for equipment failures (excluding operational errors).
