SBU series hydraulic breaker diaphragm membrane is the core elastic sealing component installed inside the rear nitrogen accumulator of heavy-duty Atlas Copco SBU large hydraulic breakers, covering all models from SBU220 to SBU2000. It separates high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, stores rebound energy to support the breaker’s energy recovery system, and maintains stable powerful impact output, widely applied in open-pit hard rock mining, primary ore crushing, large tunnel excavation and heavy industrial building demolition.
We supply multiple high-performance rubber materials to match harsh mining working environments. Standard HNBR version balances oil resistance and anti-fatigue performance for daily heavy construction; FKM Viton heavy-duty version delivers excellent high temperature resistance for continuous non-stop breaking; fiber-reinforced TPU material boasts ultra tear resistance for dusty open pit mines.
Each diaphragm adopts integrated compression molding with built-in fiber reinforcement layer, uniform wall thickness eliminates fragile thin spots to avoid cracking under repeated reciprocating deformation. Precision dimensional control ensures perfect OEM matching with original accumulator cavity, thoroughly blocking nitrogen leakage and oil mixing issues.
A qualified intact diaphragm keeps stable nitrogen pressure to maximize energy recovery efficiency, boosting impact energy without extra hydraulic consumption and reducing blank firing abrasion of piston and seal kits. Direct one-to-one replacement without modification, perfectly matched with SBU full seal kits for complete machine overhaul to shorten equipment downtime.
Every batch of diaphragms undergoes nitrogen tightness test, reciprocating fatigue cycle test and hydraulic oil soaking aging test to meet original equipment interchange standards. Full model stock supports small retail maintenance orders and large bulk wholesale for mining enterprises and demolition contractors. Custom diameter, thickness and special rubber formula can be customized for global machinery maintenance factories and spare parts dealers.
