GCB220T SB81 hydraulic breaker is a heavy-duty hydraulic breaker designed for 18-26 ton excavators, suitable for a variety of engineering machinery fields. It uses advanced hydraulic technology, combined with an efficient impact mechanism, and can easily cope with complex working conditions such as hard rock and concrete. The equipment is equipped with a 140 mm drill rod and has an operating weight of about 1766 kg. It can provide strong impact force and has the characteristics of low fuel consumption, low noise and long life.

Four bolts which connect the back head cylinder & front head.

• Back Head

The main function is to store nitrogen.

• Reversing Valve

Control the piston to move up and down at specified frequency.

Here is the heart of the breaker, including the hydaulic circulation system to control the piston reciprocation.

Transform the hydaraulic power into strike power,punch the chicel to break.
