The Silence Type GCB60S SB40 hydraulic breaker is a high-performance hydraulic rock breaker designed for 4-7 ton excavators. It is widely used in scenarios such as building demolition, mining and road construction. The equipment adopts a silent box design to effectively reduce noise. At the same time, it is equipped with a 68mm pick to provide strong crushing force. Its core components include a high-strength cylinder, piston and pick to ensure the durability and stability of the equipment under harsh working conditions. In addition, the breaker adopts high-quality oil seals and a fully enclosed housing design to further extend the service life.

Four bolts which connect the back head cylinder & front head.

• Back Head

The main function is to store nitrogen.

• Reversing Valve

Control the piston to move up and down at specified frequency.

• Cylinder

Here is the heart of the breaker, including the hydaulic circulation system to control the piston reciprocation.

• Piston

Transform the hydaraulic power into strike power,punch the chicel to break.

• Fronft Head

The function is to support the cylinder and fix the chicel,to avoid the shaking force break the cylinder when operating.
