DME&JDE SCM120A-Pro hydraulic hose crimping machine is an flexible and multi-functional design. Compact design and slim structure conforms to ergonomics and smart control system make it high user-friendliness. It is applicable for crimping of 4 or 6 spiral wires reinforcement hoses up to 2-1/2 inches diameters.

Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine advantage
The oil pump is immersed in hydraulic oil inside the oil tank for cooling and noise reduction. Driven by an electric motor, the oil pump discharges hydraulic oil and pushes the plunger in the oil cylinder. This causes the die set to compress radially and crimp the hose connector. Once the compression reaches the preset value, it stops automatically. The magnetic reversing valve then changes direction, the plunger retracts, and the die set expands, completing the hose crimping process.
