ISO 11237 R19 Standard Hose Wire Braided Hydraulic Hose
Hydraulic Hose Standard Hose
This is an ISO 11237 R19 fluid hydraulic hose, with its internal hose made of synthetic rubber that is extruded integrally without joints and of uniform thickness. Its reinforcement structure consists of 2 layers of steel wire braid, and the outer covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber which is resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For fittings, it is equipped with no-skive Type DPF2T ferrule and DPX2XX insert (X is selectable), and has obtained approvals from MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. Its working pressure is 280 Bar / 28 MPa / 4060 PSI, and the impulse times are no less than 200,000 times. The working temperature of this hose ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C (intermittently up to 120 °C); for water-based fluids, the working temperature is -40 °C to +70 °C, and for hot air, it is 0 °C to +70 °C. It should be noted that prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce the hose’s service life, and this hose is suitable for mineral and biological oils, glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
