Exact-Flex Nylon Sleeve Complies With Standard Requirements is made of extremely durable and flexible nylon, which provides effective protection against abrasion and degradation. It is available in material options of polyester (PES) or nylon (PA). The sleeve features UV tolerance, resistance to acids, oil and solvents, and abrasion resistance of more than 100,000 cycles. It meets pin-hole protection standards ISO 3457 and ISO 4413, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. The standard color is black, while other colors are available on request. OEM service with white printing is also provided.

Exact-Flex Nylon Sleeve Complies With Standard Requirements is a textile hose protector which is produced from recyclable polyester. It is easy to install and its abrasion resistance is excellent. In addition to protecting hoses, EXACT-FLEX flame retardant textile sleeve protects people nearby a breaking hose and meets the requirements of standards EN ISO 3457, EN 4413 and EN 12999. Test reports are available on request.
