A1: It is not recommended to use one alone. The ramps are originally designed to "be used in pairs". When used alone, only one side supports the vehicle, which is easy to cause the vehicle's center of gravity to shift and cause a rollover accident; moreover, the load capacity of a single ramp is only half of that when used in pairs (i.e., 1 ton). If the vehicle weight exceeds 1 ton, it will cause deformation and damage to the ramp. Regardless of which model is used, they must be deployed in pairs to ensure uniform force on both sides of the vehicle and ensure operation safety.
A2: Short-term outdoor storage has no impact, but long-term storage requires proper protection. The electrophoretic anti-rust layer of the all-iron material can resist short-term rain and dew erosion, but for long-term outdoor storage (more than 1 month), it is recommended: ① Apply a layer of anti-rust oil on the ramp surface (once every 2 weeks); ② Cover with a waterproof canvas to avoid direct contact with rainwater; ③ Wipe the surface moisture in time after rain to prevent water from seeping into the gaps.
