The YD19-003 3Ton Low Profile Steel Hydraulic Floor Jack is a professional equipment designed to address the pain points of "difficult lifting of low-chassis vehicles, inability of traditional jacks to fit, and easy vehicle damage during operation". With "ultra-low adaptation + safe vehicle protection + efficient operation" as the core, it solves the lifting problems of supercars and performance sedans (e.g., "low chassis, fear of scratches") and provides a "fitable, scratch-free, and stable" solution for individual car owners pursuing meticulous maintenance and professional auto repair shops. Its core advantages are as follows:
Breaking the technical limitation of "difficult balance between ultra-low profile and load-bearing" of traditional floor jacks, the base is integrally stamped from 10mm thick high-strength cold-rolled steel, with a minimum height of only 76mm—30% thinner than ordinary 3Ton floor jacks (mostly with a minimum height of over 100mm). It can easily handle the following scenarios:
- Supercar Adaptation: When lifting Porsche 718 (chassis height 120mm) or Ferrari Portofino (chassis height 110mm), there is no need to remove the chassis guard or add thin gaskets. The jack can slide directly under the side skirt, avoiding "scratching the side skirt due to forced insertion";
- Modified Car Compatibility: For modified sedans with a chassis lowered by 2-3 fingers (about 50-80mm) (e.g., Honda Civic with lowered suspension), the 76mm height can slide in directly without worrying about "base jamming the chassis", with an adaptation rate 90% higher than that of ordinary jacks.
Meanwhile, the bottom of the ultra-low base has anti-slip patterns, with a friction coefficient ≥0.7 when lifting on cement or asphalt ground, and no sliding risk under a 3Ton load, solving the industry pain point of "easy displacement of ultra-low bases".
- The handle head is wrapped with a 30mm thick high-density foam bumper. Even if it accidentally touches the vehicle panel (e.g., under the door, side skirt) during pumping, it can avoid panel dents or scratches. Compared with traditional jacks without a buffer design, vehicle protection safety is doubled;
- The saddle surface is covered with a 5mm thick oil-resistant rubber layer. When in contact with the vehicle chassis, it not only increases friction (to prevent slipping) but also avoids direct friction between the steel saddle and the chassis coating. It is especially suitable for protecting the carbon fiber chassis of supercars or the electrophoretic coating of sedans, with no indentations or scratches on the chassis after lifting.
The saddle has a diameter of 120mm, with a contact area 87.5% larger than that of ordinary jack saddles (80mm in diameter). Pressure is distributed during lifting, avoiding "local chassis deformation due to point contact"; the horizontal structure combined with a widened base (13-inch width) provides a grounding area of 698×330mm. When lifting a 3Ton vehicle, the base settlement is ≤0.3mm and the verticality deviation is ≤0.5mm—50% more stable than vertical jacks. Even when lifting a single tire unilaterally, there is no risk of vehicle tilting.
Adopting a two-piece fast-lowering twist handle, the handle length is reduced from 1150mm to 500mm after disassembly for easy storage; during lifting, the 1150mm long handle increases the force arm, with an operating force ≤60N (easily operable by adult women), and only 35-40 pumps are needed to lift from 76mm to 503mm; during lowering, turning the twist handle clockwise activates the fast-lowering function, and it takes only 15 seconds to lower from 503mm to 76mm—saving 90% of lowering time compared with ordinary jacks (which require 2 minutes of slow pressure relief), suitable for "high-frequency lifting" professional scenarios.
The hydraulic system adopts a fully sealed design, with double sealing rings at the cylinder and pipeline interfaces to prevent dust and rainwater from entering. Even when used outdoors in dusty areas or in humid car washes, there is no need to worry about hydraulic oil contamination; the hydraulic oil uses a low-temperature anti-wear formula, maintaining good fluidity at -10℃. During outdoor tire replacement in winter in northern China, there is no problem of "hydraulic oil solidification causing lifting jamming", with a 100% annual adaptation rate.
Scenario Requirement: A Porsche 718 (chassis height 120mm, weight 1.5Ton) has a flat tire on a suburban mountain road; tire replacement is required by one person, and the tool needs to fit under the low chassis, avoid scratching the vehicle, and be easy to operate.
Operation Process:
- Take YD19-003 from the trunk (36kg weight, easily carried by two people); the 76mm ultra-low base slides under the vehicle from below the side skirt and aligns with the chassis support point.
- Hold the twist handle with foam buffer, pump to lift; the 503mm maximum height lifts the tire 8cm off the ground, and the extra-large rubber saddle fits the chassis without slipping or indentation.
- Complete the tire replacement in 15 minutes; turn the twist handle to activate fast lowering, and the jack lowers to the minimum height within 15 seconds. Slide it out from under the vehicle and store it—no scratches on the vehicle throughout the process.
Result: Compared with traditional emergency jacks (unable to fit and easy to scratch), the tire replacement efficiency is increased by 60%, and the problem of "difficult lifting of supercars" is completely solved, allowing individual car owners to complete emergency operations independently.
Scenario Requirement: Perform deep chassis cleaning on an Audi S3 (chassis height 130mm, weight 1.6Ton); the vehicle needs to be lifted to 300mm, and the tool requires vehicle protection, stability, and adaptation to low chassis.
Operation Process:
- Select YD19-003; the 76mm base slides under the Audi S3 chassis, and the rubber saddle aligns with the chassis beam to avoid contact with sensitive components (e.g., fuel tank, pipelines).
- Pump the twist handle to lift the vehicle to 300mm (lower than the 503mm maximum height, leaving a safety margin); the sealed hydraulic system prevents water intrusion from the water gun during cleaning.
- The beautician rinses the chassis with a high-pressure water gun; the jack shows no shaking, and the rubber saddle protects the chassis coating from scratches. The whole process takes 30 minutes.
Result: The ultra-low base adapts to the low chassis, and the rubber saddle protects the vehicle. Compared with ordinary jacks (requiring gaskets and prone to scratching), both cleaning safety and customer satisfaction are improved.
Scenario Requirement: Replace the short springs (lowering the chassis by 2 fingers) of a BMW Z4 (chassis height 110mm, weight 1.4Ton); the vehicle needs to be lifted to 400mm, and the tool requires precise positioning, stable load-bearing, and protection of carbon fiber side skirts.
Operation Process:
- Slide YD19-003 under the BMW Z4 from below the side skirt; the 76mm height avoids the carbon fiber side skirt, and the rubber saddle aligns with the original chassis support point.
- Lift the vehicle to 400mm; the 503mm maximum stroke ensures sufficient operating space for spring replacement, and the 3Ton load capacity stably supports the 1.4Ton vehicle body.
- The modification technician removes the old spring and installs the new one; the whole process takes 1.5 hours, with no sinking or displacement of the jack, and no damage to the side skirt or chassis.
Result: It accurately adapts to the supercar chassis structure, and the vehicle protection design meets high-end modification needs. Compared with ordinary jacks (prone to damaging carbon fiber components), modification safety is improved, and customer trust is enhanced.
Scenario Requirement: Replace snow tires for a Volkswagen Golf GTI (chassis height 140mm, weight 1.5Ton) in a -8℃ winter environment; the tool needs to work at low temperatures and be easy to operate.
Operation Process:
- Take YD19-003 from the garage; the hydraulic system works normally in the low-temperature environment, and the 76mm base slides under the vehicle.
- Pump the 1150mm long twist handle effortlessly to lift the vehicle until the tire is 6cm off the ground; the extra-large saddle ensures stability.
- Complete the tire replacement in 10 minutes; the fast-lowering function lowers the jack to the minimum height in 15 seconds, avoiding long waits for pressure relief and preventing hand frostbite.
Result: It has strong low-temperature adaptability and efficient operation. Compared with ordinary jacks (prone to jamming at low temperatures and laborious to operate), the winter tire replacement experience is significantly improved.
A1: Lifting is not recommended due to risks of chassis scratching and operational hazards. The 76mm minimum height is slightly higher than the 70mm chassis height; forced sliding may cause the base edge to scratch the chassis guard or side skirt. For extremely low-stance modified cars (chassis ≤70mm) usually equipped with air suspension, the suspension should be raised to over 100mm first before using YD19-003 for lifting. To lift vehicles with a 70mm chassis, a professional racing-grade jack with a minimum height ≤60mm should be selected to avoid damage caused by mismatched tools and vehicles.
A2: Rubber layer falling off will affect safety—immediately stop using and replace it. The reasons and handling methods are as follows:
- Safety Risks: Falling off of the rubber layer causes direct metal contact between the saddle and the chassis. On one hand, the friction coefficient decreases (from 0.8 to 0.3), leading to easy slipping under a 3Ton load; on the other hand, it scratches the chassis electrophoretic coating, causing chassis rust.
- Handling Methods: Contact the manufacturer to purchase a rubber layer of the same specification (priced at 30-50 yuan/piece). Before replacement, clean oil stains on the saddle surface, stick the rubber layer firmly with special glue (provided by the manufacturer), and let it stand for 24 hours before use. If no spare parts are available temporarily, a 3mm thick rubber pad can be temporarily placed on the saddle surface (must be fixed firmly), but this temporary solution is only for emergencies—original rubber layers should be replaced for long-term use.
A3: One person can carry it for short distances, and the following tips make storage more labor-saving:
- Leveraging Strength: Hold the hidden metal handles on both sides of the jack with both hands, bend the knees slightly to lift, avoiding bending over to use waist strength for carrying, which reduces waist strain.
- Ground Sliding: If the distance from the operation point to the storage point is ≤10 meters, lay the jack flat with the bottom touching the ground, and push it gently to the corner (the bottom anti-slip patterns have low sliding resistance on smooth ground), saving 70% of effort compared to full lifting.
- Storage Rack Assistance: Install a metal storage rack with a load capacity of over 50kg (30cm in height) in the garage corner, and push the jack directly onto the rack to avoid bending over for placement, making long-term storage more convenient.
A4: It is mostly caused by hydraulic oil aging, seal adhesion, or impurity blockage. Troubleshoot in the following steps:
- Replace Hydraulic Oil: If the jack has been idle for more than 6 months, the hydraulic oil may oxidize and deteriorate. Open the oil filling port to drain the old oil, add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the scale line (the oil level must cover the bottom of the cylinder), and pump the twist handle repeatedly 10 times to discharge air from the system.
- Seal Lubrication: If the oil level is normal, the seals may be stuck due to long-term inactivity. Press the twist handle with slightly more force (not exceeding 80N) to move the seals—usually, the stuck issue will be relieved after 3-5 pumps.
- Clean Impurities: If the stuck issue persists, disassemble the oil drain valve of the hydraulic system, blow out internal impurities with compressed air (0.3MPa), or rinse with alcohol and reassemble to avoid valve core blockage by impurities.
It is recommended to manually lift the jack once every 3 months to prevent hydraulic oil aging and seal adhesion, extending its service life.
