Product Specification
The YD06-014 30 Ton Euro-Detachable Hydraulic Shop Press with Gauge is an industrial-grade device integrating "European-style convenient design, heavy-duty load-bearing, and precise pressure control". Specifically designed for small and medium-sized workshops with limited space, foreign trade export scenarios, and flexible multi-station operation needs, it relies on its detachable structure, stable hydraulic system, and wide worktable to efficiently complete medium-to-heavy operations such as bearing press-fitting, metal straightening, and workpiece shaping. It is suitable for auto repair shops, hardware processing plants, agricultural machinery maintenance points, and other scenarios.
Its core advantage lies in the "Euro-style detachable structure": the equipment frame adopts a modular split design, which can disassemble main components such as columns, beams, and worktables into 4-5 independent modules. The maximum weight of a single module does not exceed 50kg, and 2 people can complete handling and assembly. Compared with integrated presses, the packaging volume during transportation is reduced by 40%, significantly lowering cross-border logistics costs. No professional tools are needed for the assembly process; it can be quickly assembled with bolts, and the entire machine can be assembled within 30 minutes, facilitating workstation adjustment or temporary operation deployment in the workshop.
In terms of performance, the 30-ton rated capacity combined with a 160mm cylinder stroke can handle operations such as bending of 25-45mm thick steel plates and press-fitting of heavy bearings with a diameter of less than 150mm. The hydraulic system adopts double protection of a one-way valve and an overflow valve to prevent equipment overload caused by sudden pressure surges, extending the service life of hydraulic components. The standard-equipped pressure gauge has an accuracy of ±1.5% and displays real-time pressure values. Operators can accurately adjust the pressure according to the workpiece material (such as steel, cast iron) to avoid workpiece deformation due to overpressure or substandard processing due to insufficient pressure.
In terms of structural details, the 610mm-wide worktable is made of thick steel plates through welding, with a load-bearing capacity of 500kg. Its surface undergoes sandblasting and rust-proof treatment, which can withstand workpiece friction and oil contamination erosion for a long time. T-slots are reserved on the edge of the worktable, facilitating the installation of fixtures to fix irregular workpieces and reducing the risk of workpiece displacement during processing. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with non-slip foot pads, and the whole machine has excellent stability after assembly. There is no obvious shaking of the machine body during 30-ton pressure operation, ensuring operation safety and processing accuracy.
- Auto Repair Bearing Press-Fitting Scenario: Suitable for press-fitting operations of gearbox bearings and wheel hub bearings of cars and light trucks. In auto repair shops, the disassembled equipment modules are transported to the maintenance workstation for assembly. The adjustable working range of 100-950mm is adapted to the installation heights of bearings of different vehicle models. The hydraulic system is started to output stable pressure, and the pressure gauge is used to accurately control the press-fitting force to avoid bearing damage due to overpressure or improper installation. The 610mm worktable can place both bearings and workpieces at the same time, improving operation convenience.
- Metal Shaping Scenario in Hardware Processing Plants: Used for bending and flanging operations of 25-45mm thick iron plates and stainless steel plates. In small and medium-sized hardware factories, the detachable structure is used to deploy the equipment next to the production line. The 30-ton pressure can bend the metal plate into a specified angle of 90°-120°, and the 160mm cylinder stroke meets the needs of different bending depths. The T-slots on the worktable can be equipped with positioning blocks to fix the metal plate, ensuring angle consistency during batch processing. After processing, the equipment is disassembled and stored to save workshop storage space.
- Component Straightening Scenario in Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Points: For straightening deformed connecting rods, suspension brackets, and other components of tractors and harvesters. In agricultural machinery maintenance points, the equipment is disassembled and transported to the temporary maintenance site in the field. After assembly, a reverse force is applied to the deformed components through 30-ton pressure, and the ram position is adjusted with the 100-950mm working range to gradually restore the flatness of the components. The pressure gauge monitors the pressure in real time to prevent component breakage, adapting to the emergency maintenance needs of agricultural machinery outdoors.
- Bulk Operation Scenario for Foreign Trade Export: As an export equipment, the detachable structure greatly reduces sea freight costs. The shipping weight of 133kg and compact packaging are suitable for bulk loading in 20-foot containers (200 units can be loaded in a single container). The equipment complies with EU CE safety standards, and the standard-equipped protective baffle (optional) meets the safety requirements of European workshops. The 30-ton capacity and precise pressure control performance are adapted to the processing needs of small and medium-sized factories in Europe, improving the export competitiveness of the product.
- First, check the hydraulic oil level: Open the oil tank cover. If the oil level is below the minimum scale line, add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the normal level. Insufficient oil level will cause difficulty in oil suction of the hydraulic pump and failure to build pressure.
- Check the hydraulic pipeline connection: If the pipeline joints are not tightened during the assembly of the detachable structure, hydraulic oil leakage will occur. Check the connecting bolts of the oil cylinder, pump body, and pipeline one by one, tighten the joints with a wrench, and ensure that the gaskets are not damaged. If the gaskets are aged, replace them with accessories of the same model.
- Release the system air: There may be residual air in the pipeline of the newly assembled equipment. After starting the motor, repeatedly operate the ram lifting button, and at the same time loosen the exhaust valve on the top of the oil cylinder until no air bubbles emerge from the exhaust valve. Close the exhaust valve and test the pressure output.
- Check the pressure gauge connection interface: If the interface is loose, gently tighten the pressure gauge joint with a wrench to avoid damaging the interface thread due to excessive force; if there is oil leakage at the interface, replace the gasket to ensure stable pressure transmission.
- Confirm whether air is mixed into the hydraulic oil: If there are too many bubbles in the hydraulic oil, the pressure gauge pointer will jump. Turn off the equipment and let it stand for 30 minutes to allow the air to naturally rise to the top of the oil tank, then start the equipment for testing. If bubbles persist, check whether the oil suction pipeline of the hydraulic pump is leaking.
- If the above operations are ineffective, the internal components of the pressure gauge may be damaged. Replace the original pressure gauge of the same range and accuracy, and avoid using non-original accessories to cause pressure detection deviation and affect processing accuracy.
- Check the connecting bolts between the columns and the beams: If the bolts are tightened unevenly during the assembly of the detachable structure, the worktable will be tilted. Use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts one by one in a diagonal order to ensure that the torque of each bolt is consistent (reference value: 30-35N·m).
- Adjust the height of the non-slip foot pads: The 4 foot pads at the bottom of the equipment are all adjustable. Use a level to detect the worktable surface, and rotate the foot pad on the lower side clockwise to raise it until the horizontal error of the worktable is controlled within 0.5mm.
- Check the parallelism between the worktable and the beam: If the worktable is still tilted after adjusting the foot pads, the verticality of the columns may be deviated during assembly. Loosen the connecting bolts between the columns and the base, correct the verticality of the columns with a plumb bob, and then retighten the bolts to ensure that the beam and the worktable remain parallel.
- Check the throttle valve of the hydraulic system: The throttle valve is used to control the lifting speed of the oil cylinder. If the opening of the throttle valve is too large, the oil cylinder will descend too fast. Rotate the throttle valve knob clockwise to reduce the opening, and test the descending speed until it meets the operation requirements (recommended speed: 5-10mm/s).
- Check the pressure setting of the overflow valve: If the pressure of the overflow valve is too high, the flow of hydraulic oil will be too large, which will accelerate the movement speed of the oil cylinder. Use a pressure gauge to adjust the overflow valve, and adjust the system pressure to match the workpiece processing needs (such as recommended pressure for bearing press-fitting: 15-20 tons).
- Check whether the oil cylinder seal ring is worn: If the seal ring is aged and has poor sealing, it will cause internal leakage of the oil cylinder and make the descending speed out of control. Disassemble the oil cylinder and replace the seal ring, add new hydraulic oil after replacement, and test whether the lifting speed of the oil cylinder returns to stable.
