If the air pressure is insufficient, adjust the air compressor pressure to the normal range; if the pipeline is loose, re-plug it tightly and check for air leakage.
Inspect if the pneumatic switch is faulty: Observe if there is an air flow sound when pressing the pneumatic switch. If not, use a multimeter to test the on-off status of the switch. (IV) What to Do If the Cylinder Stroke Fails to Reach the Rated 120mm and the Ram Movement Distance Is Insufficient?
Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank: If the oil level is lower than the minimum scale line, insufficient hydraulic oil supply will limit the cylinder stroke. Add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the normal liquid level. Be careful not to exceed the maximum scale line to prevent oil spillage.
Inspect the hydraulic pipeline for blockage: Focus on checking the oil inlet and return pipelines of the cylinder. If blocked by impurities, disassemble the pipeline and blow it through with compressed air, or replace the hydraulic oil filter to ensure smooth oil flow.
