For example, in small steel structure processing plants, the equipment's 12,000 kg load-bearing capacity can be used to bend medium and thick steel plates into brackets and door frame accessories with specific radians, or to straighten and repair deformed steel structural parts (such as short I-beams and mechanical bases) that have been used for a long time. The V-blocks ensure fixation, guaranteeing that the shaping precision meets standards.

Heavy Machinery Accessory Assembly Scenario: Used for press-fitting of heavy parts in fields such as agricultural machinery and engineering machinery, such as the interference fit assembly of large bearings, bushings, and machine bodies. In agricultural machinery maintenance plants, the high-pressure pump can deliver stable pressure to accurately press bearings into the shaft position of the agricultural machinery gearbox, avoiding accessory cracks caused by manual hammering. (I) What to Do If the Equipment Fails to Reach the Rated 12,000 kg Pressure During Operation?

1. First, check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank. If the oil level is lower than the minimum scale line, add anti-wear hydraulic oil (46# hydraulic oil is recommended) that meets specifications to the normal level. Insufficient oil will directly lead to insufficient pressure output.
2. Inspect the hydraulic pipeline for leaks, focusing on the cylinder seals and oil pipe joints. If oil leakage traces are found, replace the aged seals or tighten the joints to prevent hydraulic oil loss from affecting pressure.
3. If the pressure still fails to meet the standard after the above operations, the pressure regulating valve of the high-pressure pump may be faulty. Contact professional maintenance personnel to calibrate the regulating valve with a pressure gauge or replace the faulty regulating valve. Do not disassemble the pump body by yourself to avoid expanding the fault range.

(II) How to Fix Unstable Workpiece Fixation Caused by Poor Fit Between the V-Block and the Worktable?

1. Check if there are impurities or burrs on the contact surface between the bottom of the V-block and the worktable. Wipe it clean with alcohol-soaked cotton, and polish the burrs on the bottom of the V-block with sandpaper to ensure the contact surface is flat.
2. Confirm whether the V-block is installed in the positioning groove of the worktable. If misaligned, readjust the position of the V-block to ensure it fits accurately with the positioning groove, enhancing fixing stability.
3. For heavy workpieces, auxiliary fixing fixtures can be added on both sides of the V-block, or anti-slip rubber pads can be placed between the V-block and the workpiece to further improve the fixing effect.

(III) What Causes Jamming and Abnormal Noise When the Ram Lifts or Lowers?

1. Check the lubrication of the ram sliding guide rail. If the guide rail surface is dry and oil-free, apply special lithium-based grease to reduce component friction resistance and alleviate jamming and abnormal noise.
2. Check if there is wear or scratches on the guide rail surface. If there is slight wear, polish it smooth with fine sandpaper; if the wear is severe, replace the guide rail components to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Inspect whether the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high. If the equipment is used in a low-temperature environment, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will increase, causing slow lifting and jamming of the ram. You can replace it with 32# hydraulic oil with better low-temperature adaptability, or properly heat the oil tank (temperature not exceeding 40℃).

(IV) How to Calibrate If the Pressure Gauge Display Value Does Not Match the Actual Pressure?

1. Prepare a standard pressure gauge with a higher accuracy level, connect it in parallel with the equipment's pressure gauge on the hydraulic pipeline, start the equipment, and gradually apply pressure to compare the value difference between the two pressure gauges.
2. If the difference is small, fine-tune using the calibration knob on the top of the pressure gauge. Rotate clockwise to increase the displayed value and counterclockwise to decrease it until it matches the value of the standard pressure gauge.
3. If the value still deviates significantly after calibration, the internal components of the pressure gauge may be aged. Replace it with an original pressure gauge of the same range to ensure the accuracy of pressure detection and avoid processing accidents caused by pressure misjudgment.
