(I) What to Do If the Ram Descends Too Fast and Is Difficult to Control When Operating the Hand Pump?
First, check if the oil return valve of the hand pump is loose. An overly loose oil return valve will cause hydraulic oil to flow back too quickly. Use a wrench to slightly adjust the oil return valve clockwise until the ram descends at a stable speed. Be careful not to tighten it too much to avoid the ram being unable to descend.
Check if the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too low. If the type of hydraulic oil used does not meet the requirements (e.g., using 32# instead of 46#), the fluidity of the oil will be too strong. Replace it with the recommended 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to ensure the oil viscosity meets the equipment's needs.
If the above operations are ineffective, the internal sealing ring of the hand pump may be aged. Disassemble the hand pump and replace the sealing ring with one of the same specifications. After replacement, apply hydraulic oil for lubrication to prevent oil leakage due to poor sealing.
(II) How to Fix the Worktable Sliding Down on Its Own After Adjusting the Gear?
Check if the worktable locking bolts are tightened. Use a wrench to tighten the locking bolts one by one. If the bolts are stripped, replace them with high-strength bolts of the same model to avoid failure to fix due to insufficient bolt strength.
Check the fit between the worktable guide rail and the positioning groove. If there is oil or impurities on the guide rail surface, wipe it clean with a cloth dipped in detergent. (IV) How to Solve Difficult Hand Pump Pressing When the Equipment Is Started After Long-Term Idleness?
Check if the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank is solidified or deteriorated. If the oil is solidified due to low ambient temperature, gently heat the oil tank at a low temperature (temperature not exceeding 40℃). If the oil is deteriorated, completely replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank.
There may be air in the hand pump. Open the hydraulic oil tank cover and repeatedly press the hand pump handle to discharge the air in the pump until the pressing feel becomes lighter.
Check if the oil suction pipeline of the hand pump is blocked. If the oil suction filter is blocked by impurities, disassemble the filter for cleaning or replacement to ensure smooth oil suction and reduce pressing resistance.
