The Y83-315 Hydraulic Briquetting Press is a heavy-duty solution designed specifically for compressing loose metal chips, turnings, and sawdust into high-density cylindrical briquettes.
It is especially suitable for cast iron machining waste, which is difficult to store, transport, and melt efficiently in loose form.
By applying a 3150 kN nominal pressing force and up to 278 MPa pressure directly on the briquette, the Y83-315 converts loose, irregular metal waste into solid briquettes with stable shape and density. This significantly reduces material volume, improves workshop cleanliness, and enhances melting efficiency in foundries.
The machine is widely used in foundries, CNC machining workshops, automotive parts plants, and metal recycling facilities, where metal chips are generated continuously and efficient recycling is essential.
