The Push-out Hydraulic Metal Baler is a heavy-duty scrap compaction machine designed for compressing a wide range of metal materials into dense, uniform bales. Equipped with a side push-out bale ejector, this model is especially suitable for handling large, irregular or heavy metal scrap that cannot be easily discharged by turning-out or manual methods.
With strong hydraulic pressure, a reinforced welded frame, and a simple, reliable control system, this baler provides stable performance, low maintenance, and high durability. It is widely used in scrap yards, metal recycling centers, steel mills, manufacturing plants, automotive dismantling sites, and other industrial applications.
The horizontal push-out system ejects bales smoothly and safely, ideal for long, bulky or heavy metal scrap. This design prevents jamming and greatly improves work efficiency.
Equipped with high-strength hydraulic cylinders, the baler can compact loose metal scrap into high-density bales, reducing storage volume and transportation cost.
