Product Features
High-quality excavator travel gearboxes use high-strength alloy steel forged gears. After carburizing and quenching treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, providing high wear resistance and impact resistance for long-term heavy-load operation.
The internal lubricating oil circuit features a forced lubrication design to ensure gears and bearings are fully lubricated during high-speed operation, reducing friction loss. The gearbox shell is made of die-cast aluminum alloy or cast iron, offering both light weight and deformation resistance to adapt to harsh outdoor construction environments.
For maintenance, regularly check the oil level and oil quality to avoid gear sintering caused by oil shortage or contamination. Seals should be replaced every 2000 hours to prevent leakage failures.
