Product Overview
The control valve (also known as the main control valve or multi-valve block) is the central hydraulic control component in excavators. It consists of multiple parallel spools that precisely distribute high-pressure oil from the pump to actuators (e.g., hydraulic cylinders, motors) based on operational demands, enabling coordinated machine movements.
Flow Distribution: Operator joystick or electronic signals shift valve spools, adjusting port openings to control oil flow rate and direction to each actuator.
Pressure Regulation: Integrated pressure compensators and overload relief valves maintain stable flow under varying loads while preventing pressure spikes.
Multi-circuit Coordination: Parallel spool design allows simultaneous operation of multiple actuators (e.g., boom lifting + arm retraction), with the system automatically splitting pump flow.
