Main introduction of CNC press brake (CNC bending machine):
The CNC Synchronized hydraulic press brake is high-efficiency and high-precision in bending sheet metal. The machine is structured in steel plate fabrication with sufficient strength and rigidity. The hydraulic drive prevents the machine from serious overload operation accidents caused by the change of sheet thickness or bad choice of lower die cavity. Additionally, this machine is also featured by the steadiness of work, convenience of operation, and reliable safety. The connecting section to the upper die is provided with compensation device, which compensates the deflection of worktable and slider in bending and guarantees the high work precision. It is equipped with hydraulic servo valves for cylinders balance, freely adjustable ram travels and inching operating criterion convenient for module trial and adjustment. This machine is advanced in technology and reliable in performance, and among the ideal shaping apparatuses. It is widely used in plane, automobile, shipbuilding, and machine with high production efficiency.

Main features of our CNC press brake as follows:
1.Overall welded and processed structure.
2.Closed loop control mode composed of electric-hydraulic servo valve and grating ruler for ensure the highest control precision, bending accuracy and re-positioning accuracy are also reach to the highest level. 3.Back gauge mechanism can be multi-axes controlled.
4.Integrated hydraulic system decreases the pipe connections, oil leakage, and increases the stability and overall beautifies.
5.Worktable equipped with hydraulic and mechanical compensation to avoid the deformed upper beam from affecting the quality of the work piece, it is automatically adjusted by the CNC controller with convenience and accuracy.
6.Various brands of CNC controller for options: Delem DA52S,DA53T,DA58T,DA66T,DA69T; CYBELEC CT8, CT12, ETC; ITALY ESA brand. All the controllers with multi-languages.
