This machine is suitable for the plate cutting processing specially the long plate. easy of operating and processing of optional length of the plate make the machine productive. pressing the plate which needs to cut to walking-equipment through the hydraulic cylinder and shear it by revolving cutter accompanied the movement of the walking-equipment. it can also cuts taper plate according to the request inclination. therefore, this machine widely used in the processing of light pole, vessel,metal structure,ships,building,hardware and so on.

3. Characteristic:

(1) The cutter discs, which are drived by the speed reducer powered through the electrical machinery,are installed on two spindles. they have excellent performance of adjustable rate, no noise, and simple operation. the vice spindle is spearheaded by the speed reducer to make the cutter heads to roll. made by the 6crwzsi material, the cutters have high shearing strength, good mechanical properties, and long service life.

(2) Drived by the speed reducer powered through the electrical machinery, the running gear moves steadily on the wheel of the railway track. the transmission is reliable, and the adjustable speed coordinates the hob. pressed on the running gear by several hydraulic cylinders, plates are sheared with accurate size.

(3) With thick plate welding and partial structure, the running gear is easy to transport and install. and the shearing length can lengthen or shorten according to requirements.

(4) With simple structure,the feeding device equips with 4-5 stop points and a hydraulic cylinder to control the materials. and the shearing thickness is adjustable. trapezoidal plates can be sheared directly without drawing. thus, the operation is very simple.

(5) In the electric appliance design, rolling cutter and walking installment are controlled separately. there is no linkage between clamping cylinder and drive moter which guarantees the operation is safe, convenient and reliable.
