Expert Maintenance Guidance

Gear Oil Management: Use the recommended extreme-pressure gear oil. Change it every 250-500 hours under normal conditions, or every 250 hours in severe service. Inspect old oil for metal particles to catch wear early.
Mounting Bolt Integrity: Always install new high-strength bolts with thread locking compound, torqued to factory specifications. This prevents loosening from vibration and shock loads.
Priming Procedure: After installation, fill the motor housing with clean hydraulic oil, run at low idle, and cycle the tracks forward and reverse to purge air and lubricate all planetary components before full-load operation.
