Hydraulic System Care: Routinely inspect case drain lines for restrictions, kinks, or blockages. A restricted drain line can generate excessive back pressure, potentially causing motor seal failure or rotary group damage. Always maintain clean hydraulic fluid and replace return filters according to the machine's prescribed service schedule.
Gear Oil Management: Fill the planetary housing with the recommended extreme-pressure gear oil of the correct viscosity grade. Change the oil every 250-500 operating hours under normal conditions, and every 250 hours in severe applications such as demolition, foundation work, or continuous heavy digging. Examine drained oil for metallic particles as an early diagnostic indicator of gear or bearing wear.
