Stainless steel sintered filter element is a material made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh, processed by wave bending technology. It has the characteristics of multi-layer structure, high porosity, high pollutant holding capacity, good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature resistance and economical use.
The main filter material is made of 304 and 304L 316 and 316L stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel woven mesh are the main filtration media. Stainless steel fiber sintered felt is a porous deep filtration material made by high-temperature sintering of stainless steel fibers; Stainless steel mesh is woven from stainless steel wire.
Features:
High corrosion resistance: Mainly made of stainless steel materials such as 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc. In some scenarios, special materials such as Monel alloy and Hastelloy alloy can also be selected. These materials can withstand erosion from various corrosive media including acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. They are suitable for filtration operations in corrosive environments such as those in the chemical and electroplating industries.
The overall structure formed by sintering endows it with excellent mechanical properties, featuring strong compressive, flexural and impact resistance. It can withstand a relatively high working pressure difference (usually up to several MPa), and is unlikely to collapse or crack due to pressure fluctuations or mechanical collisions. It can be adapted to high-pressure filtration systems, such as high-pressure oil liquid filtration in oil extraction.
