Features:
1.High strength and corrosion resistance: Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand the erosion of various chemical substances. It can last for over 10 years in high-corrosive environments such as seawater desalination and acid-base fluid transportation. Meanwhile, compared with plastic or cast iron filters, its compressive strength is increased by 200%, capable of withstanding a high-pressure condition of 4.0 MPa.
2. Efficient automatic backwashing: The internal mechanical structure adopts patented technology and has an automatic backwashing function. When the accumulated impurities on the filter element surface cause the pressure difference to reach the set value or the timer reaches the predetermined time, it can automatically trigger backwashing. Each group of filter screens is cleaned in sequence. The backwashing time is short, the water consumption is low, and it can thoroughly clean the filter screen and extend the service life of the filter element.
