Function
The 4-meter cylinder loading machine is a kind of semi-automatic production of hydraulic cylinder assembly machine that can realize the disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders, which is mainly composed of cylinder loading machine and electrical control components. The cylinder loader is mainly composed of a device for the assembly of cylinder barrel, piston rod and guide sleeve and the tightening and loosening of the wire ring. It is mainly composed of a bed, a cylinder clamping device, a cylinder barrel support device, a tightening device (wire ring, piston), a piston rod support device, and a piston rod pushing device.
