Description:
The hydraulic pipeline pressure cleaning test bench adopts closed design, PLC control, and computer data acquisition and processing function, which is suitable for static pressure, cleaning and blow drying test of hydraulic pipe fittings.
Feartures
The test bench is generally divided into a hydraulic circuit part and an electronic control acquisition part, and adopts a closed design of hydraulic circuit.
The hydraulic circuit part includes pulse cleaning circuit, static pressure test circuit, pneumatic blowing drying circuit, particle size detection circuit, circulating filtration circuit and circulating temperature control circuit.
The electronic control acquisition part includes PLC control and computer acquisition, and PLC communicates with the computer through OPC to realize the control of the system and the collection and storage of system data.
